Custom Order Terms

Every custom piece from Creative Handz is made by hand, one at a time, just for you. Here's how custom orders work.

Your design

• You can upload any photo, logo, artwork or idea when you order, and choose up to 5 colors.
• We email you a design mockup to approve before we start making your piece.
• You can request changes until you approve your mockup. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.

Timing

• Custom pieces take up to 3 weeks to make after you approve your mockup. Some designs are kept in stock and ship sooner.
• Shipping time is separate and depends on your location and carrier.

Payment

• All custom orders are paid in full at checkout. This reserves your spot in our production schedule and covers your materials.

Refunds

• Because custom and personalized items are made just for you, they are final sale once you approve your mockup. If we make a mistake or your order arrives damaged, we'll repair or remake it at no cost. See our Refund Policy for details.
