How long does shipping take?
Processing: 2–5 business days (after your order is placed)
Shipping: Standard shipping arrives within 5–7 business days
Free shipping: On all orders over 75 dollars
Tracking information is included with every order.
How should I care for my crochet items?
Washing:

Drying:
- Gently squeeze out water
- Lay flat to dry

Do you accept returns?
Yes. We want you to love your handmade piece.
Return window: 14 days from delivery date
Condition: Items must be unused and in original condition
Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping (unless the item arrives damaged)
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
