Products and Services

All items sold on Creative Handz are handmade crochet pieces. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and texture may occur. This adds to the unique character of each piece.

Custom Orders

Custom orders allow you to request a unique piece tailored to your specifications. Custom orders:

  • Require full payment upfront before production begins
  • Cannot be canceled or refunded once work has started
  • Typically take 2–4 weeks for completion
  • May have longer timelines depending on complexity

Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and cancel orders.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy for complete information regarding returns and refunds. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
