SHIPPING POLICY

Every Creative Handz piece is handmade with care and packed by hand. Here's what to expect once you order.

PROCESSING TIMES
- In-stock items are already made and ship within 1-8 business days.
- Custom orders are made after you approve your mockup and take up to 3 weeks to make before they ship.
- If your order has both in-stock and custom items, we ship everything together when your custom piece is ready, unless you ask us to ship the in-stock items first.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, not including holidays.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
Live within 10 miles of Hendersonville, TN? Choose Local delivery at checkout and we'll drop your order off for free, including rugs. We'll contact you to arrange a drop-off time once your order is ready.

SHIPPING RATES
Blankets, sweaters, cardigans, tops and accessories:
- Economy: $6.99
- Standard: $8.00, or FREE on orders of $70 or more
- Express: $15.00

Rugs are large and heavy, so they ship at a flat rate based on size and are not included in free shipping:
- 5 x 7: $35
- 8 x 10: $55
- 9 x 12: $75
- 10 x 14: $95

If you order more than one rug, shipping is based on the combined size and weight, and the exact amount is shown at checkout. Your final shipping cost and delivery estimate always appear at checkout before you pay.

TRACKING
You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you entered. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if your order hasn't shipped yet.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
- Once a package is marked delivered, we can't control what happens to it, but we'll help you file a claim with the carrier if it goes missing.
- If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right under our Handmade Guarantee.

DELAYS
Carrier delays, weather and holidays can slow delivery. We'll always keep you posted if something affects your order.
